The Mineral Resource Estimate along with a Competent Person’s Statement from Mr Adam Lloyd of Aquifer Resources Pty Ltd, was first announced on October 5, 2021, in the announcement titled “Positive Scoping Study for Lake Throssell Sulphate of Potash Project following Mineral Resource Upgrade.” On 13 February 2023, an updated Mineral Resource was announced under the title “Mineral Resource Update.”

Competent Person Statement
The information presented in this memo that relates to the Mineral Resources is based upon information compiled by Mr Adam Lloyd, who is employed by Aquifer Resources Pty Ltd, an independent consulting company. Mr Lloyd is a Competent Person who is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and has sufficient experience relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and the activity to which is being undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person for reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves as defined in the 2012 edition of the “Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves”.
